Dandenong Ranges

Driving through the Dandenong Ranges is an experience worth having. Although we didn't get to the thickest and tallest part of the forest, it still was an amazing trip. At only 1 hour from home, the Dandenongs offer a scenic drive where walls of tall Eucaliptus trees and ferns create a blanket of green and black on both sides of the road. As this picture shows there are so many that looking through the window of a moving car it creates the illusion of a moving curtain.
